30-Day Return Policy for Pot Stabiliser

At Renatus Care Australia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on our Pot Stabiliser, designed to give you peace of mind when making your purchase.

Eligibility for Return:

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details to initiate a return.

2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not send your product back without this authorization, as it may delay the process.

3. Ship the Product: Package the product securely and include all original parts, accessories, and any additional materials. Clearly label your package with the RA number and send it to the address provided in your return instructions. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

- If the product is returned damaged or incomplete, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

Exceptions:

- Items damaged due to improper use or handling are not eligible for a full refund.

- Return requests made after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
